Ericka excelled at being innovative in event marketing. She is very innovative and creative and would create something that was aesthetically pleasing for the users at our events, plus it effectively conveyed information that was necessary for our event attendees to navigate the event. Ericka thinks of the user experience and how to effectively make their experience positive.Besides Ericka's talent at event user experience and marketing and design, Ericka is wonderful to work with. She is kind, patient, a great listener, and always positive. She brings passion and energy into all that she does - even in mundane tasks and projects, she made her tasks positive experiences as well as create unique and smartly made materials.

Ericka hit the ground running in a fast-paced organization that was in a constant state of evolution through community and economic development.
